Consent to the processing of personal data

Я ознакомлен с тем, что в соответствии с требованиями Федерального закона от 27 июля 2006 г. №152-ФЗ «О персональных данных», включая положения пунктов 2-4 части 1 статьи 6 указанного Федерального закона, будет осуществляться обработка предоставляемых мною персональных данных, в том числе фамилии, имени, отчества; даты рождения; адреса проживания; сведений о номере основного документа, удостоверяющего личность, сведений о дате выдачи указанного документа и выдавшем его органе; номерах телефонов; адресах электронной почты (е-mail), а так же иных предоставляемых мною данных.

Одновременно подтверждаю свое согласие на обработку и осуществление RECCOM следующих действий с моими персональными данными: сбор, запись, систематизацию, накопление, хранение, извлечение, уточнение, обновление, изменение, использование, обезличивание, распространение (в том числе передачу третьим лицам), блокирование, уничтожение. Privacy Policy

The privacy policy of personal data of the Users of the RECCOM Project (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to information that is provided by the Users voluntarily in order to use the electronic service https://reccom.kz.kz.

It includes, in particular, information about the name, surname of Users, information about orders made, as well as other information constituting commercial, personal or any other secret protected by law.

This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Administration for non-disclosure and provision of a regime for protecting the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides when using the service.

We use the personalized information of a particular site visitor solely to provide him with quality services. We do not disclose personalized data of some site visitors to other site visitors. We never publish personalized information in the public domain and do not transfer it to third parties. The only exceptions are situations where the provision of such information to authorized state bodies is prescribed by applicable law.

The User’s personal data can be used for the following purposes:

  1. identification of the User;
  2. establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests and applications from the User;
  3. confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
  4. notification of the User about the status of the Order;
  5. providing the User with effective customer and technical support;
  6. providing the User with his consent, special offers, pricing information, newsletters and other information;
  7. implementation of other actions related to the provision of services to the User.

The project does its best to protect the personal data of Users. However, no one can guarantee 100% security of information transmission over the Internet, so the Project cannot guarantee the absolute safety of User data. The user has the right to demand the deletion of his personal data if he believes that the Company violates the safety of his personal data.

The Project has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent and notification of the User. Such changes come into force from the day they are published on the Project website.

By placing orders on the site, the User confirms that he has read the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy with due diligence and accepts them, without any additional comments.
